Generally speaking reporting abuse can be split into two categories:
- Unencrypted: Abuse reports of unencrypted messages or media are generally easy to handle by us
and should be resolved fairly soon.
- Encrypted: Abuse reports of encrypted messages or media are generally hard to handle by us and
require more details by the reporting person.
Due to the nature how matrix works, it's not possible for us to decrypt the message or file which is
referenced in the report.
